(24) MY DIET PLAN (၀ိတ္ခ်မယ္)(၀ိတ္ခ်မယ္)
FOR THE NEXT 5 DAYS I WILL BE CONSUMING ONLY 1000 CALORIES PER DAY. I NEVER CONTROL MY CALORIES SERIOUSLY BEFORE, BUT I DO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WHAT I AM ABOUT TO GO THROUGH.
IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS MY BODY WILL BE LOST SUGAR. AS THEY GO I WILL BECOME WEAKER AND WEAKER OR I STILL BE HUNGRY FOR THESE DAYS. I START BURNING FAT AND OTHER SUBSTANCES OF MY BODY. THOSE SUBSTANCES WILL BE THE TOXIN. THE TOXIN THAT I HAVE BEEN ACCUMULATED.
I LIVED IN THE CITY IN MOST OF MY 7 YEARS. ALTHOUGH NOW I AM IN UK, THE PLACE CALLED WIGAN, GREAT MANCHESTER AREA, I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR TWO MONTHS.MOST SPECIFICALLY IN A LITTLE TOWN OF GREATER MANCESTER.28 MILES FAR AWAY FORM MANCHESTER CITY. HAVING LIVED IN THE CITY AND HAVING NORMAL FIRST FOOD. LIKE CHEESE BUGAR, KEBARB AND CHINESE TAKE AWAY AND A LOTS OF CHIPS. I HAD ACCUMULATED A LOTS OF TOXIN. EVEN I HAVE DIETING IN THE PAST, I DO BELIEVE THAT I HAVE TOXIN.
NOW, SOME OF THE MAIN REASON WHY I WOULD LIKE TO REDUCE MY CALORIES IS FOR MY GENERAL HEALTH FOR MY WEIGHT AS WELL WHICH IS MY HEALTH ALSO MY WEIGHT AND MY LOOK. I DO FEEL REALLY HEAVY ABOUT MY BODY. I FEEL IN THE MORNING MY FINGERS ARE SWOLLEN, MY JOINTS ARE SWOLLEN. THAT IS WHY I DETERMINED THAT I AM NOT CARRYING AROUND THIS EXTRA BODY WEIGHT ANYMORE. I WILL BE BLOGGING DAY BY DAY ABOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS.
I HAVE BEEN QUITE A JUNK FOOD BINGING THE LAST SIX MONTHS FOR SOME REASON. AND I THINK PROBABLY I AM QUITE TOXIFIED BY THAT. SO I AM GOING TO EAT SENSIABILY AND THEN EAT WELL FOR QUITE A LONG PERIOD, THEN I WILL SLOWLY AVOIDING BLOODY JUNK FOOD AND OCCATIONAL BINGING.
SOMEHOW DURING THE PERIOD OF TIME MY FINGERS FEEL STARTED TO NOT FEEL GOOD IN THE MORNING. ALSO SADNESS, I EXPERIENCED SADNESS AT THE MOMENT SOME WE CALLED IS DEPRESSION. I JUST FIND MY SELF NOT BEING REACHED OUT OF MY HAND. I FEEL HELPLESS AND LONELY. SOMEHOW I DID DIET, I FOUND RELIEVE SADNESS. SOMEHOW I LET GO SOMETHING, LET GO THINGS. SO DETOXIFYING YOUR BODY LETS YOU DETOX YOUR MIND AND THIS SPRITUAL ASPECTS OF DIETING I WILL POST TO THIS BLOGS IN THE NEXT 5 DAYS.

IN LAST WEEK I ATE THE WORST FATTY FOOD, I DID EAT READY MADE NOODLE, COCONUT RICE, CHINESE SWEET SNACK, RED MEAT AND TON OF FIZZY DRINK, FOR THAT WHOLE WEEK I ATE TON OF RUBBISH.
START FROM NOW ON I WILL EAT LESS AND LESS FATTY FOOD, MORE FRUIT AND VEGETABLE AND I WILL DRINK TON OF WATER OF CAUSE. BUT LAST NIGHT SOMEHOW I SAID "OK BEFORE I GOING FOR 5 DAYS DIET, I WILL HAVE NICE BUTTERY BARANI(ကုလားၾကက္သားဒန္ေပါက္) " INDIAN CHICKEN BARANI WHICH I CAN GET THE BEST KIND IN MY VILLAGE. I TREATED MYSELF REALLY WELL. NOW DAY (1), I GUESS AT THE BEGINNING OF DAY ONE FOR ME 2:45 AM, I AM NOT GOING TO CONSUME ANYTHING BUT GREEN TEA. AT THE BEGINNING OF DAY 2, I FELT GREAT, DRINKING LARGE AMOUNT OF WATER LIKE A WATER FALL FLOWING TO YOUR BODY. I WANT TO SEE HOW MUCH I CAN RESIST THE STIMULATION OF THE FOOD. AFTER 6:45 PM I STARTED FEELING HUNGRY. I ATE MASH POTATOS WITH A BIT OF BUTTER, MILK, (SPANISH WITH PORK CURRY) THEN A CUP OF COFFEE ( I KNOW I SHOULD AVOID COFFEE). I COULD NOT SLEEP UNTIL DAWN.

I WENT TO MANCHESTER, MET FRIENDS FROM ERITHRIA, HAVE DINNER WITH THEM AT 5:00 PM. FOODS ARE QUITE RICH, COOKED WITH BUTTER. CHICKEN, LAMB CURRY WITH LADY FINGER FRUIT, YOGUT- PANCAKE, (ERITHRIA TRADITIONAL) AND YELLOW BUTTER RICE WITH A LOTS OF DRY GRAPES AND NUTS. I FELT SO FULL, AT THE NIGHT TIME I HAD MY GRAPEFRUIT. I FELT SO GUILTY, I ATE REALLY FATTY FOOD TODAY. I DID TRY TO EAT SMALLER POTION. HOPE OK
(25) MY JOURNEY TO LOSS WEIGHT
THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO REDUCE MY WEIGHT.
REDUCTION IN CALORIES AND INCREASED EXERCISES.
IN MY CASE, LACK OF PHYSICAL MOVEMENT IS THE MOST COMMON CAUSE OF GETTING FAT. I HATE DOING EXERCISE SO (FASTING COMBINES WITH LOW CALORIES DIET) IS MY ONLY OPTION FOR REDUCING BODY WEIGHT.
YESTERDAY , I DID FASTING UNTIL 8PM THEN I HAD A LIGHT MEAL (A BOWLFUL OF CONFLAKE AND SKIMMED MILK WITH ARTIFICIAL SUGAR). I USUALLY HUNGRY AROUND 11AM OR 12AM. AMAZINGLY, I DID NOT FEEL HUNGRY UNTIL DINNER TIME. THIS IS THE BEST DIET I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I WILL MANAGE TO LOSE MY STUBBORN INCHES ON MY WAIST AND FEEL GREAT.
MONTHS AGO, WHEN I SEE MY PHOTOS ON MY PHONE, IT IS HEART BREAKING. I HATE MY BINGO WINGS. I REALLY NEED TO WORKOUT FOR THIS. BUT SO FAR I AM FOCUSTING ON LOW CALORIES AND FASTING PROGRESS.
I NEED SUCCESS SO I WILL START RIGHT NOW. WHEN I MADE DECISION LAST SATURDAY NIGHT, I WAS GOING TO DO FASTING, WHICH IS NOT FOR ONLY HEALTH AND WEIGHT LOSS I WOULD LIKE TO OBSERVE MY WILLPOWER TO SEE WHETHER I CAN DO IT OR NOT.
MOST OF THE TIME, I FIND MYSELF BINGING BECAUSE THERE IS FOOD AROUND, I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO OR IF FRIENDS COME AND VISIT TO MY PLACE, I REALLY WANT TO BREAK THIS FOOLISH HABBIT.
